- Adjunct Professor, Arizona Summit Law School. Mike taught Constitutional, Juvenile, and Family Law to second and third year law students, and supervised students in externship placements with law firms, government agencies, and the courts.
- Criminal Year in Review. Since 2007, Mike has been an annual presenter of the Criminal Year In Review lecture for criminal prosecutors and defense attorneys across Arizona summarizing opinions issued by the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court, interpreting the Arizona Criminal Code over the preceding 12 months.
- Faculty. Since 1981, Mike has been a lecturer for Arizona State Bar, teaching a variety of programs and seminars.
- Since 2000, he has been an annual presenter at the A View From the Bench program educating law enforcement officers and Department of Child Services (DCS) case managers regarding presentation of effective courtroom testimony.
- From 2002-2003, Mike served as Faculty Chair of the Committee for Professionalism of Arizona lawyers, for the State Bar of Arizona.
